no thats not true, only certain types of grains do. my mum has Coeliac disease as i said, and again as i said it only affects them if it contains gluten, gluten is the only thing that affects people with Coeliac disease.

vik check and see if food contains gluten before you eat it, if it doesnt contain gluten try it... if it doesn't affect you then thats good.

did u check to see if the grains u ate contained gluten... check and see it will say one of three things

suitable for coeliacs or gluten free or possibly not be listed (but sometimes contain it)

id google gluten free food or just ask in tesco and see what they say.

it doesn't matter what type of food you eat, sweets, chocolate, meat, anything, as long as it contains gluten then its bad.
