Yet another track assisted by OrderNorChaos.
there's some places that were hard to understand and translate. But I managed to get through it.

Track 2: Shamal-sensei, Hayate and Signum.
Spoiler for Track 2:
Shamal: Okay then, this concludes Commander Yagami and 1st Lieutenant Signum’s health/body check ups.
Hayate: All right then, Dr. Shamal.
Signum: So, were there any problems?
Shamal: Hm, your health/wounds (alt trans: ability to recover from injuries) are fine. It’s just that Hayate-chan’s lost some physical strength.
Hayate: Hm…
Shamal: And it appears that it will be awhile before you make a full recovery/return to active duty, Signum.
Signum: I see.
Shamal: But on the bright side, your mana levels are going up because of it. From a doctor’s point of view, it’s rather astonishing. (bad translation)
Hayate: It was a rather bad injury, wasn’t it? I’m really glad I’m okay.
Signum: As am I.
Shamal: You’re still forbidden from pushing yourself too hard, but I’m sure you’ll up and running/flying in the sky soon enough.
Hayate: Hm, thanks.
Signum: Though if deployment orders come, I’ll still head out.
Shamal: And as usual, Signum never listens to what I say. In contrast to Commander Yagami who takes my advice and is therefore a great patient (alt trans: makes it easy on me).
Hayate: Well, I’ve got to recover and hurry back to work/investigation, so listening to Dr. Shamal’s advice is best. I am also a combatant for the Special Investigation 6th Division. I can’t just sit/glue myself to my desk all day.
Shamal: That is true. Fortunately, there’s a lull from these incidents at this moment. In order to tackle these incidents with your full strength, you need to rest your tired mind and heal your injured body.
Hayate: Yes ma’am.
Shamal: Please return home instead of resting in the office’s sleep/nap room, got it? With both Rein-chan and Agito-chan, too.
Hayate: Understood ma’am.
Signum: Well then, I shall take my leave as well.
Shamal: Oh no, you need to stay Signum. There’s still one more checkup that the hospital requested.
Signum: You should have said so earlier, I’ve already got my coat/jacket on.
Shamal: I didn’t say that you could go back, did I!?
Hayate: Well then, I’ll be off then.
Signum: Ah, please take care/be careful.
Shamal: Well then, sit down. It’s just a hearing test, so you don’t need to take off your clothes.
Signum: All right.
Shamal: It’s a relief you’re fine though. How should I put it, as usual you’re strong in the face of adversity.
Signum: When I think of the past, it seems trifling. No matter how much I bemoan/lament my powerlessness, it’s no use. In the end, Agito, Thoma and the others did not lose me. (bad trans: could be ‘In the end, I did not lose Agito, Thoma and the others’)
Shamal: Truly, I’m taken aback/shocked by your immortality/pain threshold.
Signum: It might be because Reinforce… Eins told me ‘it’s not my time yet’ (alt trans: You’re not supposed to be here yet).
Shamal: It could be/seems so.
Signum: After that, I came to realized I’ve been given another life/chance. I have to do what I can to find out why my blade was defeated. (Bad translation)
Shamal: Hm. Okay, the checkup is done. Next I’ll do a comparison and tell you the results.
Signum: Just pass it to Agito. She knows more about my physical/health condition than I do lately.
Shamal: I’ll do that.
