She's just joking to him, and why she runs / leaves? That's their modus operandi. No matter their fake date, or the Christmas eve date. Even though they live under the same roof, they leave home at different times, and meet somewhere else.

EDIT: Seems I've misunderstood. This remark was the narrator (Kyousuke). But I still maintain, that in my eyes Kyousuke is just teasing the reader. That in reality the person who will meet up with Kirino is none other than himself.
