The only instrument I play is the piano. I started when I was eight or nine, but I stopped playing after about four years. However, I became enamored with classical music about nine months ago, and I started playing again. It's tough to regain technique after a prolonged absence, but I'm progressing rather well despite my lax practice schedule. So, I've been playing for a combined time of 5-6 years. On a side note, Prokofiev's Tocatta is an absolute bitch; it'll probably take me a year of hard, smart pratice to be able to even attempt it.
