No signs of romance, as Takami doesn't seem to be genuinely interested in the ladies around him, for varying reasons (too young, turned into a parent surrogate,
too scary...). Plus this is a 30+ year-old goof who's already went through a divorce after all.
His males subordinates apparently have better luck than him in that regard, judging from novel spoilers.
