I voted for Kotobuki Tsumugi. She may get the least development of the girls, but I find something very charming about her personality, particularly the way she seems fascinated with the way her comparatively poorer friends live.
Plus, she seems to believe that sweets are the solution to everything, and that's something I can get behind.
