good character development is rare... and developing dead characters indicates the mangaka has a healthy sense of sarcasm on that matter - or maybe not, just rambling here

seriously though, who got developed after dying? I didn't skip chaps, but maybe I read too fast?
also...what if ... *thinks hard* what if dead characters get development in flashbacks that in truth is at the same time development for characters still allive who in the past interacted with the now already dead characters? now that's sneaky, eh?
