Spoiler for 58:
Well, technically werewolves (and most likely Tengu's) are equal in strength to vampires. Although that's probably the case when we talk about an average werewolf and tengu and personally I doubt that's the case with Gin and Haiji, who are definitely above the strength of an average vampire.
Regarding the first team, well I still think that Tsukune is going to have a role to play in this fight, especially if the vampires from the 2 squad have been injected with Alucard's cells.
After all, I believe that Ikeda aims to show the difference between someone who "naturally" obtained power that is similar to Alucard's, and people who tried to obtain that power through artificial means.
As for Gyokuro, Kahula, Issa and Akua being injected with Alucard's cells, well considering what we have seen about her character so far, I wouldn't be surprised if she actually has done something like that.
On the other hand, I think the only person that Gyokuro fully "trusts" is herself, and maybe her daughter Kahula and because of that, I would only consider those two as potential candidates to obtain Alucard's cell's.
