Yup, there's based on the game after Omokimi I think. I can't wait till they finish the chinese translation so I can play it :-)

Unfortunately these OVA's are primarily geared towards people who have played the game.
Thus the OVA's themselves don't seem to have a complete storyline.
(How I wished they finished the 3rd OVA in MO1... did she die or not?)
Regarding Omokimi:
I'll post what I remember of the game's true ending, though my memories are probably off.
Spoiler:
Time: Omokimi happens after Memories Off 2
Shogo is a 'care-free' university student, who regularly skips class. During his time 'off', he spends time in the Cubic Cafe, where he and his friends hang out.
One day, while talking to Xin, a girl walks into Cubic Cafe.
"Hi, Shogo"
The girl that just walked in was none other than Kanata, Shogo's 'ex'-girlfriend, who disappeared on Shogo several years ago.
Shogo: "Where'd you go? Why didn't you phone me?"
Kanata: "I don't remember being your mother/maid/possession"
<OP: "Replay Machine" plays>

<Neo/Mifu Story Arc:>
Several days later in cubic cafe, the store owner is arguing with a girl. The girl is trying to convince the owner to allow 'take-out' of his items, which the owner refuses. (He's got a policy that none of his food leaves the cafe. i.e. eat it or leave it)
Shogo talks to the girl, and finds out that she's trying to bring the treats to her disabled sister. Eventually Shogo finds a way to build a utility ramp up the stairs of cubic cafe. Thus the sisters, Neo and Mifu, can now eat @ cubic.
**************************
Life goes on, and one day Xin gets a laptop and makes a website. Impressed, Neo and Mifu want to make a website for themselves. Neo makes a webpage on desserts, and Mifu on leaves.
After a while, Neo's site gets many hits, Mifu gets very few. In order to cheer up Mifu, Shogo fakes multiple identies and posts on Mifu's site.
At the same time, a poster called "Prince Flower" also posts, and becomes very friendly with Mifu.
Mifu and Shogo get along pretty well, but as we know Shogo is interested in Neo
etc etc... then one day:
Flower: "Baka baka baka" etc.
Somehow the prince had become very hostile to Mifu, and Mifu is really hurt.
Seeing this, Shogo tries to help Mifu (so that Neo doesn't have to worry that much)
To cut things short, Shogo finds out that the prince is none other than Neo herself, who has developed a resentment for Mifu (cuz she always gives in to her sister's needs/wants)
**************************
Pivital Scene:
Neo is double-riding on Shogo's bike, and suddenly Mifu calls.
Neo dismounts, and wants to leave so that Mifu can meet with Shogo.
(Not forgetting to inform Shogo that Mifu has feelings for him.)
All of a sudden, a wheelchair comes down the hill.
Atop the hill, Mifu is seen sitting on the ground.
Mifu: "It's not fair, I wanted to tell him myself"
Neo: "..."
Mifu: "Shogo, can you pick up my wheelchair and bring it to me? / Come to me?"
Shogo: *Hesitation*
(By picking up the wheelchair, he's returning Mifu's feelings)
Neo: "You're terrible, Mifu, that's a dirty trick."
<snip dialogue>
Mifu: "I hate you"
Neo: "I hate you too"
*Two ladies proceeds to throw cookies and stuff* (can't remember the specifics)
Suddenly, both of them calm down
Mifu: "I've always wanted to have an argument with you, sister. Just like how real sisters can have arguments and get mad at each other."
Neo: "?"
Mifu: "It's OK now, I'm going to be OK"
Neo: "Mifu..."
**************************
<End of Mifu-Neo portion>
Well, that was the first part of the real ending.
Once each character's story line has been unlocked, the true endings portion can be accessed.
2 Endings: Neo, or Kanata.
Neo's True Ending is shown in the OVA, with several omissions.
