Arcadia Magazine's website has posted a sneak peek of their upcoming Continuum Shift article. Included is a select scan of the article featuring a screen of Tsubaki fighting against an unknown character and concept artwork of Tsubaki. Looks like Arcadia will be revealing the other new character.

Although I could be wrong, but that greenish aura around the blocked out character seems VERY Terumi-ish.
Guess we'll have to wait and see though.
