I'm in the UK and it seems to work fine for me. How long have you not been able to access the site for? If it's only been happening today, then hopefully it'll start working soon. If it's been going on for longer than that, that's quite a serious problem.
Also, can you confirm that it says "Country of origin: United Kingdom" on this page?:

If it does not say "United Kingdom", your connection may be going through another country, which can cause problems.
