For Gai... its just less disadvantages against sharingan
but can the sharingan user still see through Gai's movement?? yes!
Im not so sure if MS can catch the Yondaimes movement
but im pretty sure 3 dot sharingan cant
coz if it did...Yondaimes flash flip?? wouldnt be famouse in konoha
