Still too fast, that's plain nuts. 120% is the absolute number of acceleration increase plus 50% maximum speed, and that's IF the booster can handle it's own output and if the frame can handle the air pressure. (yes, I.S. are not immune to high-g and air resistance, just resistant to it)
Handheld weapon is not too fafetched, the new weapon used by Natasha is really handheld version of the wings.
