Up until now Rika has basically known more or less what is going on and everything is old and done before for the most part. If Rika is put into a place she's never been and nothing fits...wouldn't that seem rather random? Like she is the one out of place...out of sorts, instead of the anchor of the world.

This is "world" is just one of Bern's sandbox "worlds".
