Basically nothing is known about it (release, company, staff), there's an illustration by Tsunako and a comment from the staff (not reported but obviously nothing worthwile).
My speculation (not fact at all) is that it may have something to do with the partnership CH has done with Tezuka Productions, announced a couple months ago.
