Well, isn't that only for signature you are using currently ? What if someone is working on a request or otherwise on signature that is still incomplete and wants some tips and such ?
Well, never mind .. it just seems out of place if you post additional signatures ( aside from the one you're using ) into the Rate Signature thread then and ask for C&C.
For video games.. well, personally I think it depends on a video game .. I suppose if it's japanese then it's fine ? xD. I dunno really though but I don't think you can include all video games here since the thread indeed says Anime Signatures.
