Have you noticed that new guys lately have been introduced with immediate obvious pairing options? (I'm looking STRAIGHT AT YOU, ERIO!) They're not joining the harem so much as creating their own little niche within it. Someone actually becoming a (new) tease to Nanoha would be... refreshing.
