HIDOIIII!! That was a meaaan cliffhanger!!! Oh yeah, and as I thought, the beard guy was waaay too cool to be Patrick-the-washout. For one, his voice and body-tone is way better than Patrick.
Spoiler for episode 6:
...Since, Patrick is essentially the clown of the show. Seriously, he's there for us to point and laugh at, I'm pretty sure of it after this episode.
Lots of stuff crammed together in this episode, which means there are a lot of stuff I couldn't understand *cries*. Lots of new weapons as well, therefore lots of fighting. I hope Setsuna doesn't lose his Gundam, because from the looks of the previews, I have a hunch that he'll lose ="= Well, that Ali guy (beard man) is going to beat him, most likely. Come on Setsuna, gain some experience and learn to fight better!! He's probably the weakest out of all Gundam Meisters (or is it because he's always facing the strong guys?), but I still love the kid and his seiyuu's voice haha.
So, AEU finally up to something, and within two episodes too since the time I complained lol. They don't seem too weak in terms of military (even though the majority of their MSs are ripoffs), since Ali has a good MS.
Oh yeah, apparently Sumeragi knows a lot of people from Union, from College? It took me by complete surprise, especially her relationship with Billy. It has me curious about what incident they were talking about, which is probably the cause for Sumeragi to go to CB.
Btw...Sumeragi (her breasts are really huge), Marina (who had unfortunately failed her first attempt for help), and Wang Lieu Mei (who finally serves some purpose) have large wardrobes. Not surprising at all.
I'm finally starting to see Saji's purpose in this show. Saji is the guy who is there to state our questions about CB's purpose before we flame the scriptwriter too badly, which I find extremely interesting. What I also found good was that Louise did not talk in this episode, I think. Or did I miss it?
There wasn't much character development, but we find out bits and pieces more about a lot of other characters. So...Allelujah doesn't really know Hallelujah can take over his body? (Somehow, that sentence just sounded wrong.) And Tieria is...still wearing that ridiculous pink sweater. I feel like punching him for his ugly clothes. The girl operators were really...random. And yes, the Ham makes his appearance and worries about Gundams being captured before he could get his hands on Exia.
Overall, this is an interesting episode. I can't wait till the subs come out.
