Now that sounds like a night!
I occasionally take "3am" walks (dating back to college days). However, night time rain or fog is a great "out and about" moment.
A lot depends on the location. A '24 hr' city gives a very different result than a 'walk in the woods' -- but both can be a great experience.
Wish i had the balls to go for a walk in the woods at night too many films like the hills have eyes have i watched lol
