They can put up or shut up. Or figure out how to make a new one: I'm given to understand that's been done before. But Miyu has a right to be free, regardless of what's inside her. Illya doesn't care about some parallel world's grail. If she could leave them their grail and still take Miyu back, (and not leave anyone else behind, or have to hurt or sacrifice anyone else, of course, don't try twisting my words, you know what I mean) she'd be fine with it. She's there for her friend. The grail is irrelevant.
