Well, sort of expected them to take out the smoking part, they just can't show that, can't they...(Not that it's a major part, although it does explain why Kanako got taken away by the police...)

Other than that, the episode is what it's suppose to be - a straight adaptation from Vol. 4, Ch. 1, nothing more, only some slight, non-important modification (taking out Kanako's reaction when she's changing, how Ayase was actually prepared to go on stage herself if her plan fail, etc.).
Next episode - The party with maid uniform...
P.S. Ayase is a yandere...at least according to the drama CD chapter (Is she a true yandere, probably not. On the other hand, she's a knife away from killing Kyousuke every time they meet...there's a reason why Kyousuke fear Ayase...)
