^ Ahhh, he drew the fifth Rei cover. No wonder I thought it looked different but so much better than the other four. His other Rei illustrations were the good ones too.
I agree, Kai is the best. They should have just asked Kyuuta Sakai to do them again (though it keeps with the spirit of different designs for each installment of the franchise...). Maybe DEEN gave Tomoyuki a promotion and decided to test him lol.
