It's not from maid cafe, it's from student council's event called reverse Cinderella. The event is like an interactive play, where all the student body can join in the play. The students are given a background story, and the one who wants to join the play is lent a princess costume. The target of the event is to take a crown on Ichika's head. The one who win the event get to be Ichika's roommate.
