There's really no reason to believe there is some pedophilia going on right here. Shiho was pretending to act all interested in Shioon sexually more than a couple of times. This is probably going to be shrugged off as a joke. If anything he's interested in Shioon's body for medical purposes and perhaps it can benefit him to learn more about something rather unusual.
More importantly right now is how the Doc is going to do to make Shioon use ki again. It's either 1.) Using/drawing ki out from the body rather than the ki center, and the Doc may know a method in which he can access it this way. 2.) Restores the ki center in some unknown way that is only possible with Shioon's walking medicine body (w/e).
