I wish! I doubt it, I expect her feelings for him to remain unrequited. Since Kubo made "luv's me some Ichigo" her entire existence for being. It would be kind of hard to see her pining for someone else.

No they want her dead because of her health problems. It makes them dislike her so they want her to die. If she somehow gets a personality transplant. (One of those never say die bubbly ones) She would be able to live without them cursing at her image every time they see one.
