Next episode the 00 Raiser is shown in combat against the Garazzo in Trans-Am with a time limit.

And the 00 doesn't have enough weapons to beam spam on the level as Strike Freedom anyway.

Also, the 00 Raiser's kill count in this episode was... a single Ahead. Not even close to the record of an overpowered debut.
