Of the dozens and dozens of possible endings, only three are "bloody". Of course, those are the one that get the most the attention (because they're so unusual for the genre). I suppose they could go for one of those endings, but it'd only be for that "shock" factor. I think it's most likely they'll go for one of the "good" endings, which means that no one dies...
