I explained everything about timint-it-to-anime-time and how-many-frames & which-frames-to-delete when I rewrote my old
Optimize Gifs Post while performing some regular maintanace on the thread's index.
I also added examples of gifs illustrating how deleting frames and extreme optimize looks worse and worse.. x_o

1 frame = .02 in timing. Tho' .01 is generally prefered,
since a faster sequence looks more kawaii.
