Gotten hooked on Civilization 4 (the "complete" edition with both expansions was a pretty good deal). This would be the game I'd take with me to a deserted island.
The Witcher is also a fine work, yet to finish it..
My friend has also been dragging me to his place to play Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. Very fun, there aren't many good 2 player games these days. And it's just interesting for any Resident Evil fans.
