Well, there are some scenario in my head. But because Random Wanderer dont wanna hear any deaths, i'll replace it to "disappear"
- Takamina injured from protecting Kanata, and in her last moment before she disappeared, she gives Kanata her ribbon and tell her, "Now you are Takahashi Minami. I leave AKB0048 to you."
- Tsubasa disappeared in the siege of Akibastar. Takamina then graduates to take the position of Tsubasa and then Kanata succeed her immediately. (but i think this is too normal, prefer the first one...)
