Spoiler for Answer:
There wasn't anything in the movie approaching the level, of, say, the Star Date stuff or the Segway ride through the forest in this movie. In fact, most of the time they spent together, either Sheryl was sick, or Alto was injured.
I think the closest to the quiet, tranquil, romantic moment you're looking for was probably the wheelchair scene.
Again, though, a lot of the dialogue went over my head. But that's the scene where Sheryl asks Alto why he flies. Alto answers her by asking, "Why do you sing?" She's caught short, and then starts relating her story to him, saying at one point, "I started out singing to live, but now I live to sing."
