Plus you've already got every other type of underwear used already with striped, print, lace, and white panties, fundoshi, and nothing (Aruka) covered already, so why not bloomers? Ok that a few posts ago I said that maybe he gave his uniform to someone else, but not take away the fact that remain in trap mode was a meaning to protect himself. But if you're right and he will never dress like that anymore, does that's mean that now he has the meaning to protect himself?this choice author really makes me wonder which means has and if Yamada finally gets a Needless power.
