I think there's a difference between real age, and actual aging. When it comes to the sekirei, the only indicator of aging we have been given is from Kuu, who says she wants to be Minato's wife "when she grows up." At least we know that they do age, and with the way Kuu says that line, it seems to be of a normal rate of aging.
