Spoiler for synopsis with minimal spoilers:

disappointing MegRock/Hocchan ballad -> 15 minutes Tsukihi -> Karen's bouncing tiny (by anime standards) tits -> ad-break -> Tsubasa balck panties finally appear -> back to fanservice home after 15 minutes of Tsubasa and ads (half hour mark) -> Shinobu time (5 minutes) -> Meme exposition (10 minutes) -> Neko Tsubasa appeared after 45 minutes for 2 -> back for more Oshino eposition -> short reappearance of black hanekawa (1-hour mark) -> back to Koyomi estate for more brocon service and exposition from the phoenix this time -> back to Meme for more exposition -> Balck Hanekawa returns after 10 minutes of non-stop info-dump for a better insight into Tsubasa and her circumstances -> I forgot how much Koyomi depended on Meme (third time back for advise... 90 minute mark) -> and into the final confrontation (which was superb... only Kizu- can best those 15 minutes) -> 15 minute wrap-up -> ED was better, but nowhere near the songs from the two TV series

• the final confrontation... way better than the sort version in Bakemonogatari/Shita
• very little reused animation from Bake/Nise-
• direction and art had some brilliant moments
• fewer heroines help a lot more than one can imagine
• Tsubasa
• ... and her selection of underwear (considering her age and nationality) Makes me wonder if her "family" is using her in more sketchy ways

• Kizu- had to be available before this (as well as Nise-), but in this case it is more significant
• animation and art had some issues
• music (both songs and BGM)
• too much of Koyomi inner thoughts
• too many ad-breaks ruined the mood
• story telling doesn't flow as smoothly as it did in Bake- and Nise- (too many times inner thoughts were vocalized instead of animated)... some might find this less confusing, but not me
