I think you got confused because some times Yuuta gets to Shinka when he calls her out on her bullshit. For example, when he tells her that she doesn't really have any experience in love so what the hell is she talking like she's some kind of expert on the matter or something. That makes Shinka embarrassed because it's the truth, not because she's tsudere (well, she's tsundere for Deko but that's another story
).
For what it's worth, Yuuta reacts in the same way when Shinka calls him out on his bullshit. If anything, it goes to show that they're really good friends. They're bros that know each other really well.
