I just finished watching the subbed Ep.9 and it got me thinking when Matsuri said the following:
At that point, I was wondering: what did she mean by this?
Spoiler:
It's either: She just wants to be left alone, or wish she was never there or never existed in the first place. It also sounds like she's blaming herself for everything that has happened up until now. It's just really sad watching Matsuri in this situation. She's been through too much already with Aono and Takeshi trying to get rid of her, erase her literally.
I've also noticed that at the beginning that there isn't a continuity problem. They just skipped probably a whole scene of fighting outside and Matsuri ran inside hopefully to find cover. If you notice, she's clutching her left arm at the beginning of this episode. So, it looks like she got injured previously outside.
Another thing I've noticed: Mayuko doesn't recognize either Aono OR Matsuri. I find it odd seeing she called the Yaka, "onee-san," that revived her and told her she was a Yaka. If going by the literal Latin definition of "sola," it seems Yaka is for females only and not males. (I mentioned before that "sola" is a Latin word referring to someone alone, but the word is a female gender. Male gender is "solo.") Therefore, no male can be a Yaka, if going by that definition.
So, that got me wondering: Who revived Mayuko, then? I don't think she forgot either, but she doesn't seem to remember or recognize either Matsuri or Aono. This brings up that secret character theory that someone else mentioned a few posts back, and it's making me curious now. Could there be a Yaka master of sorts?
