Let's see, according to the kanji in her name, she will be voiced by...Saori Hayami, I think. I've never heard of her before, so that makes two characters who's seiyus I've never heard of before.
Judging from her character design, she's done by Inomata, right? Her outfit looks like Alice from TOS2, though.
