You should probably know by now but just in case you don't- Sakurasou is 24 episodes, not 12.
As for suggestions; I'll add
Sankarea and
Tasogare Otome x Amnesia from Spring last year... I'm surprised nobody else have mentioned them yet.
Both of them involve romance with the undead (
Zombie and Ghost respectively) so there's a slight horror element involved as well.
