It happens and it does but killing is killing, no matter who you kill and the worst are the ones who do it and genuinely believe in the rightness of their actions (Not how it was a hard and necessary but unforgiveabale nonetheless but those who actually believe it was morally right and kill with hatred)

Fireminer was right. In World War 2, Japanese troops are given the "initiative" initiate ball rolls, the invasion of Manchuria was not actually planned by Japanese Command but the commander of the Kwantung gave the order to push up.
They just went, uh, go ahead, and resulted in more casualties and the creation of Manchuko.
