Considering the snail pace that they have been going;
and as long as they keep things like that, is pretty safe to say that we aren't going to see anything beyond the sisters arc.
The opening itself gives the feeling that "the first op isn't going to go beyond Mugino" + no evidence of experiment 10031 nor 10032, meaning that Mugino is going to end up being mid season material, the "S" in the title is speaking way too clearly.
Of course those aren't the expectations that I want to have for the series, and I would really like have evidence against my very own ominous feeling, but to end the sisters arc early, they would have needed to rush through the source material, and direction wise the series is being too similar to the previous season of Railgun (which didn't rush anything, but rather stretched things way too far).
