Just got this while visiting Cobalt's website... it's Yuuki on that cover, in the Reine Hibiki style.
After some
discussion at the Garden of Maidens comm at LJ, one of the members translated what's on the magazine cover:
"Oshakasama mo Miteru" or "Buddha is Watching Too" and it appears to be a spinoff, the Hanadera equivalent of Marimite.
Would like to have further clarification on this, because it's an unexpected turn... and (knowing the eccentric composition of Yuuki's school council in the OVA) it could be comedy gold.
