Noto Mamiko playing the main heroine's role for once? One who has the quirky behaviour of wanting to be in the rain all the time? Can it be? An anime series in which Noto Mamiko not only plays the role of the main heroine, but one who is mysterious as well?

EVEN BETTER, not a DAMNED TSUNDERE( or mentally-impaired/childhood-promise/etc... take your stereotypical pick) female lead for once!
