Just because the randgriez family weren't Darcsens doesn't mean that a group of Valkyurs decided to settle in Gallia and put the Valkof there. The calamity still happened and it was caused by that so therefore it has to be placed somewhere and no reason for them to change that

Sheesh. Who knows where this thing is going now, because it certainly went off the rails.

If the intention was to do a complete re-telling of the story anime-wise 100% then you might as well just stick with the game.
