Just got around to watch it. OP suprassed all my expecations with the trippy visuals and fantastic music. And like someone pointed out before, Feiris gets a special focus in it compared to the other characters that are not Mayuri or Kurisu. Didn't like the ED so much.
Onto the actual content: Nice atmosphere, character design and surprising lack of BGM. Story seems hazy and confusing but that's natural when dealing with time travel and similar themes. There will be plenty of time to unwrap all the mysteries.
