I compiled these from Japanese threads. Japanese are a lot more touchy with spoilers and with the anime completed, many information are beginning to come out. Some are from interviews, various fan books etc.
The official game fan book has detailed desciptions of the executions, including those who are murdered and surviving. There is a latest visual book released recently but I haven't bought it yet, perhaps it's from there.
