I suggest we come up with a nickname for the new guy. "New Guy" and "Ramen Guy", while descriptive, are fairly boring. I suggest "Aizen Jr." (for those who feel he has a relation to Aizen) or "Cousin It" (for those who feel he is a Kurosaki, plus long hair reference). A Shiba-related nickname, due to his visual similarity to Ganju, could be warranted, but I can't think of one, and keep in mind that most every remotely non-bishie male, from Isshin, to Jidanbo, to Kyoraku, has some similarities with Ganju. It's not just his female characters that tend to look alike... (And as someone noted above concerning Ishida, it's not just characters of the same gender that look alike...)
