Personally think Junichi Suwabe would make a wonderful Fiamma. He has a certain smoothness in his voice which I think will match Fiamma's personality really well. Plus, he has done many bishonen-type magnificent bastard type characters so it isn't as if it's out of his range.
I also think Hiroshi Kamiya would make a better Kakine than Fiamma.
