It's actually an alternate wake-up scene on March 9th where instead of beating Nemu's countdown, you end up sleeping through it. Eventually you do get up and she reminds you of your date with her later that day. So, it's on Nemu's path, but I'm not sure what provokes it. Possibly related to your alarm settings earlier?

Hey thanks man! It worked! Setting the alarm clock to "late" every night did it. In fact

the Sunday before the semester ends, I ended waking up late and only experienced the afternoon Flag event, so it was already an indication.

So now I've finally completed 100% of D.C.P.C.
