No, they are not allowed in most countries independent of the circumstances and in some they are criminal consequences for the teacher, but not the student and his/her family (for some incomprehensible reason, since in most case he/she initiates the relationship)... now how does that make sense is another very dangerous question
So if you lust your teacher, better avoid enticing him/her, unless you also want to ruin his/her life or live in paradise
