Torches
I love this series to death and is definitely my number one favorite anime. The only things thats bothered me is torches. Is it still the original humans consciousness or is a new consciousness? Like could you consider the torch and the human the same person or are they two persons, the original and its clone essentially.Its always bothered me. I feel like the first season of the anime implied the clone thing but the 2nd and third seasons implied the same human thing. What is your guys opinion or those who have read the light novels can someone provide a definite answer
(Like if your body dies but your brain is just put into a new body versus you dying and a clone being made of you with the exact personality and memories up to that point
